RHUM CHAMAREL BLANC is a unique blend of 2 varieties of sugar cane harvested from the Estate. The Distillation is done in a Barbet copper Column Still at 70% of pure alcohol. The Rum is then slowly mixed, reduced to 42% and blended to obtain the perfect balance.
PROFILE: Very Fresh and smooth, with intense sugar cane aromas, fruits, and pepper at the end. Ideal for cocktails like “Ti Punch”.
