Pavillon Rouge du Château Margaux 2021

Medium to deep purple-red color with a deep core. Red fruits on the nose have a meaty/vegemite aroma & minty touches. On the palate vibrant, fresh red-fruit has a smooth structure. There are plenty of very fine, slightly chalky-textured tannins that are not astringent. The wine is of mid-weight. Cedary structure on the finish supports elegant, soft red-fruit with stalky & toasty notes behind it. Acidity is fresh, alcohol is balanced & the finish is long.
