Mateus Medium Sweet Rosé is easy to enjoy, with a gentle sweetness that makes every moment feel a little more special.

TASTING NOTE
With its elegant salmon-pink hue, this wine offers fresh floral aromas and hints of red fruit. A touch of sweetness is
perfectly balanced by crisp acidity, delivering a smooth, light and easy-drinking experience.
GRAPE VARIETY
Baga; Syrah; Tinta Roriz; Other grape varieties.
WINEMAKING
Gentle crushing and pressing extract a delicate pink must, which is clarified for purity. Alcoholic fermentation
follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 14ºC and 16ºC, preserving the wine’s fresh and
vibrant character.
MATURATION
The wine then matures for around two months on fine lees, gaining smoothness and character. It is carefully
prepared for bottling through fining, sterile filtration, and cold stabilization.
SERVE
Serve directly from the original bottle. Recommended temperature: 8ºC to 10ºC. Drink within 24 hours of opening.
