Château de La Terrière Vin Sauvage à Poil AOP Régnié (Vin sans souffre)

A natural, sulphite-free Cru Beaujolais made from 100% Gamay grapes grown on pink granite soils in Regnie. Traditional whole-bunch vinification with 25 days of maceration and no added sulphites, letting the terroir express itself fully. Deep ruby in colour with aromas of wild red berries, black cherries and violets. The palate is fruity and mineral with hints of blackberries and a black pepper finish. Smooth tannins and a lively, fresh balance. Unfiltered and unfined. Food pairing: Grilled red meats, game, Burgundy cheeses. Decant one hour before serving.
