INGREDIENTS: Vitamin D3 (400 IU, fish liver oil and cholecalciferol). Bulking agent: safflower oil; Soft capsule: gelatin (from bovine), vegetable glycerin (palm seed oil and coconut oil).
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: For adults, take one (1) softgel daily, preferably with food. The expressly recommended daily dose for this product should not be exceeded.
