Château Canon Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé 2022 75cl

Deep, dark not quite opaque red-purple in color with a vivid purple rim. Aromas are perfumed red to black fruit. The wine has a lifted, fresh blackcurrant fruit & a silky-smooth structure comprising very fine tannins. The mid-palate displays dark licorice & black-cherry fruit. Alcohol seems well balanced. The long finish is quite structured & combines fresh, mouth-watering red-fruit notes with gripping tannic bite.
