A Cru Classé rosé from one of only 18 estates in Côtes de Provence still holding that historic 1955 classification. This blend of Cinsault, Grenache and a touch of Syrah pours a pale, powdery pink with salmon glints. The nose is delicate and fruit-driven, opening with white peach and grapefruit before giving way to wild strawberry and a light floral note. On the palate it's dry and fresh, with citrus-led acidity and a soft, rounded finish.
Presented in a 150cl magnum, it's an elegant choice for gatherings — pour it as an aperitif or alongside Mediterranean fare, grilled seafood or a summer salad.
