Soft, dark and naturally sweet — prunes d'Agen from the south-west of France, pitted and ready to eat straight from the pack.
Melissa selects plums grown in the Agen region, sun-dried and gently rehydrated so the fruit stays plump and tender rather than leathery. No added sugar.
Ingredients: Pitted prunes, water. Preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).
Please note: Despite careful pitting, the occasional stone or fragment may remain.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the pack tightly and consume within a few weeks.
Serving suggestions: An easy everyday snack, or chopped into porridge, yoghurt and cakes. Equally at home in savoury cooking — tagines, roast pork, duck and rabbit. Naturally high in fibre.
