Cocktails to make at home: Paloma and Rossini

Paloma Cocktail

Ingredients:

5cl Olmeca Bianco Tequila
Top Up with Fever Tree Grapefruit
Salt to garnish and grapefruit wedge 

Steps:

Prepare the glass rim by running a grapefruit wedge around it and then dipping it into a small plate of salt. Proceed with Tequila top up with Fever Tree Grapefruit.  Garnish with grapefruit wedge.

Rossini Cocktail

 

Ingredients:

65ml Rauch Strawberry 
65ml Bottega Prosecco Vino Dei Poeti DOC
Ice cubes and strawberry

Steps:

Chill a flute. Pour the ingredients into a large cocktail glass, with ice cubes. Stir well for about 10 seconds. Strain into the chilled flute. Garnish with half strawberry.
