Easy and Delicious Polenta Sticks β Perfect for Snacks or Sides!

ποΈ Ingredients
- 250 g of polenta
- 1 liter of water
- Olive Oil Filippo Berio
For the pea cream:Β
- 200 g of fresh or frozen peas
- 1 purple onion
- Extra Olive Oil Virgin Filippo Berio
π©π»βπ³ Preparation:
- For the polenta sticks, fill a pot with cold water and two pinches of salt.

- Combine the polenta with the water and add it to the hot mixture until the mixed mixture forms a dense cream.

- Add 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil to your mix for more savour.

- Once the list is complete, place the mixture in a strip for the horn, flatten it with a knife and already cool it.

- When it is firm, cut into sticks of one of them 8 - 9 cm wide.

- Fry the sticks in plenty of classic olive oil.

- For the pea cream, combine the spicy onion and the peas into a sauce with extra virgin olive oil and cook until it is third.

- Season with salt and spices with the blender, mix until a sweet cream and silky.
