This Pure Cane Rum is part distilled in a Column Still and in a pot still (10%). Each Rum is aged separately 4 to 6 years in American Oak Barrels & French Oak Barrels in our Cellar. TASTING PROFILE - Starts with a complex harmony of spices and dried fruits, then notes of vanilla, smooth oak, orange, pepper, and clove.
