The distillery is still run by the beam family. Jim Beam ages for at least four years, or twice as long at the government requires.
Aged in the barrel for a minimum of 4 years (twice the legal requirements)White label is aged for four years and has quite a high percentage of rye in the mashbill.
TASTING NOTES: Finish - Toasty oak and resin with a some sweetness.
