
After 6 years of maturation in our Cellar, the Chamarel XO was double matured in ex Single Malt Cask (10 years & 12 years) for another 12 months.
Single Malt whisky is distilled using pot stills at a single distillery, from fermented mash made exclusively with malted grain. It is then aged for at least three years in a combination of oak casks. The 10 years & 12 years casks used are characterized by fresh tropical notes with hints of fruits, spices, almond, hazelnuts and smoke.
The combination guarantees a fresh taste and delivers a very long and powerful finish.
TASTING PROFILE: Fresh, floral aromas with fruits like baked apple and hazelnuts. Sharp taste on the palate with hints of spices, dried fruits, vanilla, coconut and the finish is very long.
