The wine presents a deep ruby red appearance with dense, violet reflections. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of black fruits like blackberry and blackcurrant, interwoven with spicy notes of thyme and mocha. The palate is very concentrated, characterized by a lot of roundness with juicy fruit and spicy aromas of licorice and cinnamon. It has a velvety tannic structure, with a fruity and woody finish marked by blackcurrant and vanilla notes.

It goes well with Mediterranean appetizers: a platter of pata negra, tapas and grills.
