100% Chardonnay. Hidden in the heights of the Cote de Beaune, Saint-Romain is surrounded by cliffs. The vines, exposed south-south and north-northeast, have the distinction of being high (between 280 and 400 meters above sea level). This Saint-Romain comes from 20% from the place called "Sous Roches" and 80% from "Jarrons" at the bottom of the village. The vines, around thirty years old on average, are planted on very stony soil and offer wines of very good balance and great aromatic purity.
