Edinburgh Gin’s Raspberry Liqueur was the first of our family of gin liqueurs. It is expertly crafted using raspberries sourced from Perthshire, the renowned home of Scotland’s finest soft fruit crops.
Boasting the perfect climate, Perthshire is celebrated for its soft fruits, and the raspberries that go in to our gin liqueur are picked at the optimum ripeness, ensuring the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. The berries are then infused with Edinburgh Gin and left to macerate for a month to extract every last drop of flavour.
